With 20+ years in lab animal science, I’ve earned my LATG, CMAR, and CPIA certifications and served 10 years on my local AALAS Branch board, giving me a deep understanding of the industry and the challenges professionals face.

I also hold an EdD, MBA, and MEd, along with my SHRM-SCP certification, bringing expertise in learning, business strategy, and organizational change management.
